Gift cards

There are two gift card amounts available: €20 and €50, and they are available for purchase by any customer. Gift cards can only be purchased with electronic payment (not cash on delivery), and you can transfer them to a third party as a gift.

Upon completion of your payment, the gift card will be sent immediately to the email you provided during your purchase, and the chosen amount will be immediately available for redemption.

The monetary value of each gift card can be redeemed either in full or partially in multiple purchases. Additionally, you can combine the value of the gift card with another payment method to purchase a product. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used whenever the holder desires.

TERMS OF USE

The website www.pdltrendz.gr (hereinafter referred to as "pdltrendz.gr", "Website" or "Online Store") is the official online platform for the display and sale of products via the internet by the Greek company "pdltrendz" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), headquartered in Chania, Crete, at 21 Patriarch Athanasios Street (VAT: 102113804) G.E.MI. Number: 166981206000. The Company operates under the following Terms of Use, which the user of the services (hereinafter "user", "customer" or simply "you") is invited to carefully read and use the services only if fully accepted and consented to them. Any use of www.pdltrendz.gr and any transaction through the online store implies the full acceptance of the Terms of Use by you.

The Terms of Use constitute the sole binding agreement between you and the Company, effective as if signed in writing. The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to users, so we recommend that you visit them frequently for updates. 3. TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The website www.pdltrendz.gr was created by the Company and constitutes intellectual property of Zelkas Aikaterinis in accordance with Law 2121/1993 "On Intellectual Property," as amended and in force today, and the international conventions signed by Greece. The Company retains exclusive intellectual property rights to the design and all content of www.pdltrendz.gr (including images, graphics, photos, videos, designs, texts, services provided, and all files of this website). Any violation of these rights in any way incurs the responsibilities and penalties prescribed by law. Specifically, but not limited to, it is prohibited to process, copy, modify, publish, republish, distribute, or use in any unauthorized manner the content of www.pdltrendz.gr, as well as decompiling or using its source code in any unauthorized manner.

4. PERSONAL DATA

The processing of your personal data is done in accordance with the Privacy Policy of www.pdltrendz.gr, which you must accept before any disclosure of your data to the Company.

5. TERMS OF TRANSACTIONS

5.1 Purchasing products from pdltrendz.gr constitutes a distance selling contract within the meaning of consumer protection law, as amended and in force today. Your contract with the Company is considered concluded only from the moment you receive a relevant "order confirmation" email from our Company.

5.2 Prices - Information: For each product, information such as the final price including VAT, description, product code, available sizes/colors, etc., is provided. Prices are valid for the period stated on pdltrendz.gr, and any changes do not affect orders already submitted. The price stated at the time of ordering is considered applicable. You can add products to your "basket." When you are ready to complete your order ("Checkout"), shipping and cash-on-delivery charges are calculated separately. After filling in the necessary details and selecting the payment method, you can submit an order with an obligation to pay by clicking the "CONTINUE" button.

5.3 Payment Methods:

A. CASH ON DELIVERY: By paying the order amount to the ACS courier (€2).

B. BANK TRANSFER: Payment can be made by deposit to a Viva Bank account with the following details:

IBAN: GR83 0172 2330 0052 3311 0854 482 and Account Holder Name: ZELKA AIKATERINI.

Note that the dispatch will only take place upon the full amount being credited to the Company's account, and the reservation of the product will be made for one working day only unless there is communication with us for an extension. If the deposit is made from a bank other than VIVA BANK, transfer fees may apply, which are the customer's responsibility.

Attention: When making your deposit, please state your full name as the depositor's name and inform the sales department of the store by phone (6955668897) or email (info@pdltrendz.gr) after your deposit.

C. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Our online store cooperates with Viva Bank's secure environment for credit card payment service.

5.4 Shipping Methods:

Orders are shipped by the Company to the courier service the next business day if the following conditions are met: a) the product is available, b) payment of the order has been completed. No other reason for delay exists (e.g., the need to verify customer details due to the use of a suspicious credit card). In case the product is not available, dispatch to the courier service may be delayed by 1-2 days. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on the system on Saturday after 12:00 and later will go through the approval, preparation, and dispatch stage on Monday.

5.5 Delivery Time:

The delivery time for orders within Greece to the customer is usually 1-4 business days from the day of dispatch to the courier service. For areas outside the limits of the cities of the "ACS" network (inaccessible areas), delivery is made within 2-5 business days. For international shipments, the delivery time is usually 5-10 business days.

6. RETURN POLICY

6.1 You have the right to return your entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The company will not accept any return that incurs shipping costs and is made with a courier other than ACS COURIER. In cases where you wish to exchange the purchased product, you must contact us at 6955668897 or via email at info@pdltrendz.gr to inform you about the procedure. The return of the product is done with ACS COURIER.

If pdltrendz is responsible for a mistake in the sent order, the customer will not be charged for the shipping costs. Otherwise, the cost of exchange or return is €5.

6.2 Return Conditions:

A. The product must not have been used.

B. The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days.

C. The product must be accompanied necessarily by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, invoice, Dispatch Note-Invoice, etc.).

D. It must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product. To ensure that the products arrive in good condition, you must pack them appropriately - in a larger box - so that they are protected during shipment. E. In the case of returns of products that include a gift, the exchange or return of money will not be made without the return of the gift.

7. RETURN POLICY - RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any product within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the day you acquired physical possession of the products you purchased. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement to the Company (e.g., by email to info@pdltrendz.gr).

7.2 Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase of products from our online store, you will be refunded the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made by deposit to your bank account. The refund will be made after the Company has received back the products in perfect condition and without having been damaged or used, without removing any special markings (labels, sealed packaging if any), and provided they are accompanied by all the necessary documents (e.g., retail sales receipt). You must send back the products or deliver them to the Company, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day following the day you acquired physical possession of the products. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the products before the expiration of the 14-day period.

8. EXTERNAL LINKS

8.1 The Website may include links ("links") to other websites controlled by third parties. In no event shall the Company be responsible for their content, nor for any economic or other damage suffered by the user who follows them. In no event does the Company guarantee that these links will operate continuously. Furthermore, external links are indicative and not exclusive or restrictive. The Company reserves the right to delete or add links without any warning to anyone and to change the content of www.pdltrendz.gr at any time.

8.2 By using www.pdltrendz.gr, you understand and accept that the Company is in no way responsible for the content of the hyperlinks it contains, the services/products they offer, or the advertisements they contain.

9.1 The content of www.pdltrendz.gr is provided "as is" without any explicit or implied warranty of any kind, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2 There is no explicit warranty that the pages, services, functions, options, and content of www.pdltrendz.gr will be provided uninterrupted, error-free, and that errors will be corrected. Although every effort is made, there is no warranty that pdltrendz.gr does not contain "viruses" or other harmful components.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.2 The Company, in good faith, is not liable for errors resulting from negligence in data entry into its online store. The Company is only liable for actual defects and the agreed properties of the products to the extent that the defects or lack of properties are due to the Company's fault and not that of a third party.

10.3 The content and information contained on the Website should in no case be considered as advice or recommendation for specific action. The responsibility for the use of products sold by the online store of the Website lies solely with the consumer.

10.4 Live Chat Service: The user of the service must use the chat application in accordance with the law, good morals, and these Terms of Use and must not engage in acts or omissions that may cause any loss, damage, harm, or malfunction to the Company and/or third parties, or affect, defame, or pose a legal, financial, or business risk to the Company. Posting of content that is defamatory, slanderous, threatening, obscene, or otherwise illegal is explicitly prohibited.

11. TRANSACTION SECURITY

Any provision of the above Terms of Use that becomes contrary to law automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this document, without affecting the validity of the other terms. This constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company. Any modification of these terms will not be considered or part of this agreement unless it is formulated in writing and incorporated into it.
